CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS ?

** For security reasons please ensure your address is accurate at the time you place your order. As we are NOT able to change an address once the order has been. For security reasons we also, can not update an address if you have moved since the time you placed your order** 


WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER SHIP?

Orders received on Weekends or Observed Public Holidays. will be begin processing the next Business Day.

All orders received after 5:00PM EST on weekdays will begin processing the next business day. 

If you order during a sale/promotion/flash sale - Order processing times may be extended due to the high increase in orders.

OUT OF STOCK / BACK ORDERED ITEMS

If an item is "out of stock" your order may be delayed. It will ship out as soon as we have it back in our inventory. Your order will be processed and you will receive an email with your tracking number once it ship out. 

OVERNIGHT EXPRESS SHIPPING

You have the option at checkout to upgrade your shipping to USPS Express Overnight Mail. This shipping upgrade is optional and does NOT speed up processing times. It will shorten delivery transit time once your item is shipped out.


SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION & SHIPPING INSURANCE

All packages include tracking with signature confirmation, no exceptions, this requirement will NOT be waived.

Insurance is an option at checkout. If the client selects this we will send the package fully insured for the full value. Then in case of loss the client can file a claim with USPS directly. On higher valued purchases we always advise this. 

PLEASE NOTE: If you decline insurance HT is not responsible. 

APO / FPO MILITARY ADDRESSES

Orders can be shipped to APO / FPO military addresses. However, please be aware of the following

  • When shipping to an APO / FPO address, delivery may take 1-2 weeks.
  • Items will be shipped by Priority Mail (USPS).

 

SHIPPING DELAYS, LOST, CHANGE OR ADDRESS, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping/delivery delays once in transit. Please make sure you provide us with the correct shipping address. 

Unfortunately, all orders must be shipped to the address that was entered at the time of checkout. 

If a package is stated to be "undeliverable" and returned to Heavenly Tresses because of an invalid/incorrect address supplied by the buyer, the order will be subject to a 15% handling fee, as well as it will be the buyers responsibility to pay to have the items re-shipped.

Risk of Loss: Once we assign your package to the shipping carrier, the package is no longer in our control and becomes the carriers responsibility. You will need to contact USPS or DHL. To initiate a package trace and work with the carrier to locate your package.
