    At Heavenly Tresses™, each wig is carefully handcrafted to the highest luxury and hygiene standards. Because of the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final on all custom wigs and medical cranial prosthetics.

    Damaged or defective Items

    In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly review your claim and issue a replacement or store credit. Please notify us within 2 business days of delivery by emailing: orders@heavenlytresses.com.

    Exchanges (Eligible Stock Wigs Only)

    Select stock wigs may qualify for an exchange or store credit if they are:

    • Unworn and unused

    • Lace uncut and intact

    • Returned in original packaging

    Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective.
