This company is very professional. I usually custom order my wigs, and have been purchasing their wigs for many years. A unit I ordered had a few minor issues and the customer service was top notch. They willingly gave me a big discount for a future purchase. Love this medical unit. Quality and craftsmanship is perfect. Although I did the lace front version this time. I’m already planning my next purchase however, I’ll be making the investment and getting the full lace version as I think I’ll love the styling versatility. That was my fault though as I was on a tighter budget when I made the purchase . Overall great online buying experience.

This unit is beautiful. I've been purchasing wigs for many years and this is by far one of my favorite units. Hairline is so natural and the ombre' is soft no harsh lines. Customer service was great and the unit shipped within the timeframe specified.

If you are on the fence about ordering from Heavenly Tresses, let me tell you the customer service is top notch from start to finish. They even follow up after you receive your piece! The Milan is thick and it is long. I was intimidated by this at first because it’s the longest and thickest unit I own. However I work with kids and I have been called out before for my wig - kids have no filter. I have never had this issue with any hair purchased with this company. It looks so natural - even this thick one!

I've been wearing hair for 20 years across 4 different states and ordered by 5 different stylists, and I've never had hair that looks as stunningly gorgeous and natural as this hair. This is top quality and beautifully-constructed -- very minimal shedding and no fading a year into wearing it. Such a gorgeous unit. The hairline is impeccable. First time trying HD lace and I must say I do actually notice a difference. Hair quality is also lovely.

I bought Lilly (stock) and customized it myself. The hair is gorgeous, soft, and very, very durable. The lace is invisible on the skin, but shows ever so slightly over my bio hair. I glue down the very front with got2be. The cap construction is of highest quality, very minimalist and as seamless as possible. I got my second custom-made Kim from them as well and I'm very impressed. Their wigs are for true wig wearers who know wigs and expect to get as close to perfection as possible. I will keep getting my wigs from Heavenly. Oh and one more thing to add, no matter if I'm dressed down for an occasion, with this hair on, I know I look great.

This wig is perfect! From the impeccable hairline to the length and density. Worth the investment. Above everything customer service is top notch.

It was thick but the texture, softness and construction is on point. Hair flat irons beautifully. Parting is natural. I love it. The best place to order wigs.

Took a chance purchasing online. Couldn't be happier with this wig. Extremely satisfied and the small cap fits like a glove. Color is just as pictured and hair quality is beautiful. I think I will purchase " Amy " from this collection next. I've already referred a few friends.

I just received my unit. It is very full. In fact, too full for me personally but if you are looking for a densely thick, soft and full wig, this is for you. The part and hairline are very natural looking and the hair did not shed when combing it at all. I'm going to have to try and press it out a little more straight. But is is nice quality and I love that I could add more combs and the band has hooks so you can adjust how tight the band is. I would not buy this particular wig again but I would try a less kinky style given the hair quality and ability to customize. It also is a shame it takes so long to receive. But customer service is responsive and and I will work with them to get more information on the best wig texture for what I'd like. I'lll send this one to my sister if I can not it to appear more straight or thin it out a bit. Overall worth it but I just purchased the wrong texture.

This unit is worth the money. It is stunning the perfect blonde shade for me and the fullness is from roots through to the ends. I was able to install it myself using the band and clips attached. I've had it for a while now. No excessive shedding or anything. The hair is excellent quality.

I received my hairpiece today, I just love everything about it. Also, shipped out early so glad. Thank you for all the help I received.

Unfortunately I came across the company during my fight with Cancer. Being bald I wanted a wig with soft high quality lace and a realistic hairline. I have ordered two wigs. I give 4 stars because the lace and hair quality is amazing. But I take off one star as the sizing/ band placement for me on one of my wigs was just a little off. The wig was a little tight so my hairline didn't fall to the right spot. However, Monica was amazing! Excellent customer service and she ensured my paper work bill of sale was accurate for a smooth reimbursement from my health insurance! People have thought the hair was mine.

Wigs are beautiful and realistic. they last a long time. Customer service is excellent! Worth the wait and worth the price. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be.

This is my 4th (yes, 4th girl!) unit from HT and I am once again thoroughly impressed! The hair is so soft and the curls are bouncy. You can literally cut the lace, shake, and go. The material used to make the wig is strong and durable. Customer service is alway A+
